At Budget, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience risk-free and affordable from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
